Solution:

To backup your PostgreSQL databases you can use the Site Backup and Restore tool, found in the Files category in your cPanel.

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click the Site Backup & Restore tool.

  3.

  4. Select the "Backup" tab.

  5. Click "PostgreSQL Databases (All)."

  6.

  7. Choose the date of the backup you wish to use.

  8. Choose if you will use "TAR (.tar)" or "ZIP (.zip) Archive."

  9.

  10. Click "Start Archiving."

The tool will then begin backing up your files. Once complete, you'll be given a dialog with a link to download your files.
