Create a full cPanel backup using the Site Backup & Restore tool

Solution:

To backup your files and folders you can use the Site Backup and Restore tool, located in the Files category within your cPanel.

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Click the Site Backup & Restore tool.

  3.  

  4. Select the "Backup" tab.

  5. Click "Full cPanel Backup"

  6.  

  7. Choose the date of the backup you wish to use

  8. Choose if you will use "TAR (.tar)" or "ZIP (.zip)" archive
