To restore your files and folders you can use the Site Backup and Restore tool, located within the Files category of your cPanel.

  1. Login to your Free1Host account.

  2. Click the Site Backup & Restore tool.

  4. Select the "Restore" tab.

  5. Click "Individual Files or Folders."

  7. Choose the appropriate date of the backup you wish to use, or choose to Upload a Backup.

  8. Check the box to the left of the files or folders that you would like to restore.

  9. From the pop-up menu, select "Add to Queue."

  11. Once you have added the files and folders you would like restored to your queue, click "Restore."

The tool will then begin restoring your files. Once complete, you'll be given a dialog stating that the restoration was successfully completed.
