Problem:
How do I backup my individual files or folders for my Most Host account?
Solution:
To backup your files and folders you can use the Site Backup and Backup tool, located within the Files category of your cPanel.

Login to your account.

Click the Site Backup & Backup tool.

Select the "Backup" tab.

Click "Individual Files or Folders."

Choose the appropriate date of the backup you wish to use, or choose to Upload a Backup.

Check the box to the left of the files or folders that you would like to backup.

From the pop-up menu, select "Add to Queue."

Once you have added the files and folders you would like backupd to your queue, click "Download."
The tool will then begin restoring your files. Once complete, you'll be given a dialog stating that the restoration was successfully completed.
